The Auto IQ 15-Stage Process — three stages
Stage 1 (Steps 1-7): Technical evaluation — 45 minutes technical work plus 15 minutes Garage Hive write-up. Output: test plan for FOH to sell Stage 2.
Stage 2 (Steps 8-9): Diagnostic confirmation — carry out the tests and confirm root cause. Output: Stage 2 write-up for FOH to sell Stage 3 repair.
